What you will do in your working day

Juniper Training Apprenticeships are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of PlaytoPar for a Customer Service Apprentice within their purpose-made indoor golf development experience in York with a focus on adding value and delivering a high standard of customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing emails and phone calls
  • Delivering customer service at reception
  • Using social media as a tool to increase the customer base
  • General administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of a busy reception area

The training you will be getting

You will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Juniper Training to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 2.

The training you will be getting

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

  • 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

On completion of your Level 2 Apprenticeship, we would look to progressing you on to your Level 3  Apprenticeship and you'll be a full-time Customer Service/Social Media Assistant.

PlaytoPar are golfing academy with a purpose made indoor golf development experience. They offer golf coaching and other services such as club repair and ball fitting. They offer a junior educational experience and have the highest level of technology on offer.
