    Hourly rate to be raised in increments of 50p at the 3 month, 6 month and 9 month points of apprenticeship.

What you will do in your working day

  • Taking enquiries over the phone and email.
  • Identifying customers needs and offering solutions to their problems.
  • Producing quotations to a timely manner.
  • Chasing quotations to receive feedback.
  • Taking orders.
  • Various Administration tasks.
  • Purchasing goods from suppliers for non-stock items.
  • Helping the team reach their sales targets.
  • Working alongside other departments.

The training you will be getting

  • Functional Skills in maths and English, if required
  • End point assessment
  • All training to be taken on company site with no day release.
