This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation as a Customer Services Specialist Apprentice. You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in end-to-end sales and customer interaction as part of a leading UK provider of Health and Safety training programmes.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • Studying over 15 months to achieve a Customer Service Specialist level 3 qualification

  • Training delivered by specialised Tutors and Guest Speakers

  • Sessions delivered face to face and remotely over Microsoft Teams

  • You will gain a wealth of knowledge, skills and behaviours

  • Training delivered monthly or more regularly is required
