What you will do in your working day

  • General administration tasks required in a busy office including typing, data entry, answering incoming telephone calls, receiving visitors in reception, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared etc
  • Preparing works orders for the sales team
  • Taking responsibility and ownership for administration of the shared “sales” inbox
  • Entering sales orders and onto the ERP system
  • Compiling data for reports
  • Scanning and filing of documentation following filing protocols
  • Liaising with other departments on sales projects

The training you will be getting

  • The apprentice will study for a qualification in Business Adminstration level 3 and will be expected to attend Craven College Tuesdays fortnightly.
