What you will do in your working day

  • Serve customers, sell over the counter medicines and other stock items
  • Order stock, receive deliveries of stock and manage stock rotation 
  • Assist Pharmacist with dispensing process and pharmacy services

The training you will be getting

  • Training will be virtual, and pharmacy based ongoing weekly
  • Full support of Pharmacy Supervisor and Apprenticeship Team
  • Gain Level 2 Pharmacy Assistant NVQ2
  • Functional Skills English and maths if required

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Will be qualified as Medicines Counter Assistant
  • Will be Qualified as Dispensary Assistant
  • Can apply for Pharmacy Technician Training or Pharmacy Supervisor Roles

Things to consider
