What you will do in your working day

  • Liaising with external organisations and insurance companies.
  • Updating and maintaining member databases and systems.
  • Logging and scanning post and correspondence.
  • Photocopying and filing.
  • Dealing with enquiries by telephone and email.
  • Taking accurate minutes of meetings.
  • Preparing letters and other paperwork.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors and letter writing.
  • Other tasks as and when necessary.

The training you will be getting

You will work towards your:

  • Financial Services Level 3 Apprenticeship.
  • Certificate in Financial Services (Cert CII FS).
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required).

Training will be via Davies, virtually. 7.5 hours per week off the job training.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Completion of this Apprenticeship will allow learners the opportunity to progress to a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Learners will also be able to gain membership to CII, the leading awarding body for financial services.
