What you will do in your working day

  • Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) - Learn how to use it to research customer accounts
  • Inside Sales - Engage with higher lever stakeholders and use digital platforms to prospect
  • Territory Management - See where the forklifts are used and practice talking to customers/dealers in person
  • Sales Operations/Pricing/Project Management Office (PMO) - Be involved in and lead sales-related projects building relationships across multiple departments

The training you will be getting

  • Business to Business Sales Professional (Integrated Degree) Apprenticeship Standard
  • Qualification: BSc (Hons) Professional Practice in B2B Sales
  • Training is one day a week and the training provider is located at The Middlesex University, The Burroughs, London NW4 4BT
  • Achievement of the standard meets the eligibility requirements for Sales Certification with the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP)
