If you're keen to become part of a team who support each other to be successful within Recruitment, then this is the role for you.     Salary is £8.65 per hour - Working hours may be increased in agreement with the apprentice and employer (£16,867.5 FTE) A salary of £18,000 FTE to be considered for a candidate with worked experience and a full driving licence.

  • Working week

    Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 16:00 (Friday, 16:00 finish) 1 hour unpaid lunch per day.

What you will do in your working day

  • Using a variety of online tools and technology including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Developing job and personal specifications, preparing job advertisements
  • Shortlist candidates on the telephone initially to determine suitability
  • Liaising with different departments including payroll to ensure payroll accuracy
  • Maintaining customer focussed attitude towards duties and responsibilities to ensure the needs of clients are identified and met
  • Answering incoming calls and inputting information onto company database
  • Booking in candidates for interviews at different companies
  • Requesting ID and DBS of successful applicants
  • Working towards KPI's

The training you will be getting

Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship Standard:

  • Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing
  • Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing 
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Functional Skills in maths and English if required

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Full-time positions or and advance onto a Level 3 Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship will be offered upon successful completion
