What you will do in your working day

  • Be proficient in all aspects of rental administration.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks through the Plant & Fleet Rental mailbox and transacting accordingly using management software (InspHire, Jaama Key2, Oracle).
  • Continuously reviewing and reconciling live hire reports, ensuring all management software is accurate at all times.
  • Managing and resolving invoice and general queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Working as a team player to ensure all tasks and deadlines are achieved.
  • Engaging with our supply chain to confirm deliveries and collections.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience both internally and to our customers.

The training you will be getting

  • Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard
  • End Point Assessment
  • Functional Skills in Math and English (if needed)

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • This apprenticeship will last for 12 months and once completed you will have a Level 2 Customer Service qualification!
  • There will be the opportunity of a permanent position on completion of this apprenticeship for the right candidate.

We will be holding an assessment day in July 2024 and you'll need to be available to attend to progress with your application. The start date for the apprenticeship is in September 2024 and you'll need to be available to start on the programme at this point.
