The training you will be getting

Our apprentices follow a four-year training scheme, the first of which is spent off the job at Warwickshire College, Rugby. During this year, the successful candidate can expect to gain a thorough grounding in the key areas required for a career in modern engineering before returning to Power Conversion.

The following three years will consist of practical training in various manufacturing and engineering disciplines across all process elements. This presents an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills and begin a career in rotating electrical machines.
