What you will do in your working day

  • Supporting the staff in the showroom, housekeeping, selling to trade and public, computer skills converting orders ordering stock from suppliers
  • Creating purchase orders, booking orders into stock
  • Creating promotions on the computer
  • Posting offers on social media
  • Calling customer on the phone chasing quotes
  • Cold calling new customer
  • Calling old customers with new offers
  • Handing cash and taking payments
  • Working Saturdays till 12pm 

The training you will be getting

The successful candidate will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Qualification.
