What you will do in your working day

The Customer Services role will include:

  • Dealing with clients on phone and email
  • Interacting with other departments to resolve queries
  • Daily tasks and time management skills
  • Use of CRM software
  • Use of Microsoft Office
  • Use of Excel
  • Communications via email
  • Ordering of parts on the phone and by email
  • Liaison with in-the-field engineers
  • Liaison with Accounts department

  • Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification
  • Whilst the majority of training will take place at the employer's premises there will be occasional attendance required at Cirencester College
