What you will do in your working day
Day to day you’ll help to support our hard-working teams, gaining knowledge across the whole customer experience function. There’s a mix of proactive and reactive tasks involved so you’ll need to be flexible and able to remain calm under pressure.
Some of the tasks you’ll learn & get to experience through this role include:
- Dealing with customers over the telephone
- Reading emails and responding correctly to clients’ enquiries
- Basic admin duties
- Keep internal and external customers updated
- Other duties as and when required
The training you will be getting
- The Apprentice will receive the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard plus other relevant organisation and industry qualifications as identified during the apprenticeship
- Apprentices will complete much of their training on-site with formal apprenticeship training taking place virtually with our training provider at regular intervals
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- We offer progression routes throughout the orgainsation but it is likely that the initial role will be within the Customer Experience team
