What you will do in your working day

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will learn to manage all aspects of the client experience for onboarding and managing the ongoing relationships and needs of our existing clients. You will work closely with our existing team members to achieve a world class experience for everyone within the TFP community.

  • Carrying out work alongside all members of the team
  • Dealing with client and provider enquiries on the phone, email and post
  • Face to face contact with clints in our office and over zoom
  • Assisting in client meetings
  • Preparing meeting packs, reports and quotes
  • Working with and adhering to company and FCA policies and procedures including maintaining an understanding of FCA regulations and guidelines
  • Maintenance of office and compliance filing systems. Electronic and paper
  • Task management and accurate recording of time
  • Carry out any other duties requested by managers to assist with general office duties and to develop the apprentice to their full potential
  • Innovating with the team to find new ways of revolutionising the work we do

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • After the apprenticeship, we will work the employee to map out a progression plan for development within the role and to a potential next role and a training plan to achieve that
