There is scope to gain further qualifications after the initial Business Administrator Level 3. Our last Apprentice went on to do Ce-Map Level 3 & is now a qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser.

What you will do in your working day

Administrative Support: The apprentice will assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.

Client Communication: They may be involved in communicating with clients, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance with inquiries, under the guidance of senior staff.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of client information, transactions, and other pertinent data is crucial. The apprentice will likely be responsible for updating and managing these records.

Assisting with Financial Processes: They might support financial advisors in tasks such as preparing financial reports, submitting mortgage applications under the guidance of senior staff.

Learning Regulatory Compliance: Understanding and adhering to regulatory requirements is essential in the financial services industry. The apprentice will likely receive training on compliance procedures and assist in ensuring the company's activities comply with relevant regulations.

Office Management: They may help in managing office supplies, organizing meetings, and ensuring the office environment is well-maintained and conducive to productivity.

Learning and Development: As an apprentice, they will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of the mortgage and protection business, the financial advisory business and customer service.
