What you will do in your working day

Working closely with the Administration Manager to learn, design, implement, and operate the administration of the following areas:

  • Recruitment
  • Customer onboarding
  • Supplier onboarding
  • Employee onboarding
  • Employee off-boarding
  • Training & qualifications
  • Learning & development
  • Plant & equipment
  • Vehicles
  • Premises
  • Uniform & PPE

The training you will be getting

On completion you will achieve the equivalent of an A Level qualification in Business Administration Level 3. Training will be completed one day a week on day release at the college campus or within a quiet area of the workplace alongside your assessor.

Functional Skills in English and maths if required.

One Way Group design, install and maintain a variety of electrical services for commercial and industrial businesses across the UK including power distribution, LED lighting, fire alarm, emergency lighting, nurse call, thermographic surveys, load monitoring, EICR, and PAT.
