What you will do in your working day

The training you will be getting

You will undertake Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • You will undertake Functional Skills for English and/or Maths if needed 
  • You will undertake both on and off the job training by a team of industry qualified professionals to give you the best skills, knowledge, and experience
  • Training will be at Doncaster College where you will access a wide range of facilities on offer
  • Day release

Mandy began City Food & Drink Catering Services (CFD) over ten years ago providing buffets for private parties, christenings wedding etc. Thankfully CFD has grown and flourished into a well-established and trusted catering company catering to many blue-chip corporate businesses as well as private clients. Working within a 200-seat capacity venue Mandy and her team has expanded to provide full venue decoration, photography, Celebrant and a Bishop for blessings, weddings, christenings, full-service funerals, wakes and all other occasions. Covering Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
