What you will do in your working day

  • Supporting the team in organising and running the reception desk
  • Liaising with clients and their customers
  • Dealing with incoming & outgoing post 
  • Managing several email inboxes daily
  • Answering incoming calls for different businesses 
  • General administration when required by client (using Word/Excel or Google Docs/Sheets) 

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administrator qualification
  • Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems
  • Produce accurate records and documents
  • Exercise proactivity and good judgement
  • Build and maintain positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platform
  • Training will be one day a week online with the provider
