You will be an integral part of our small, friendly team. We offer virtual services to a range of businesses. In this role you will learn excellent customer service via telephone and email. Manage diaries with a variety of booking systems and work with businesses from different sectors. No two days are the same in this varied and exciting role.

What you will do in your working day
- Supporting the team in organising and running the reception desk
- Liaising with clients and their customers
- Dealing with incoming & outgoing post
- Managing several email inboxes daily
- Answering incoming calls for different businesses
- General administration when required by client (using Word/Excel or Google Docs/Sheets)
The training you will be getting
- Level 3 Business Administrator qualification
- Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems
- Produce accurate records and documents
- Exercise proactivity and good judgement
- Build and maintain positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation
- Demonstrate good communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platform
- Training will be one day a week online with the provider
