As a Hospitality apprentice you will gain experience in working across all functions of the business, including bar, restaurant and housekeeping within the accompanying guest rooms within the cottage.

What you will do in your working day
Duties will include:
- Ensure all food preparation is produced in line with the menu and to the standards required by the Head Chef
- Ensure all foods are labelled, stored and handled in accordance with the College and Health and Safety / Food Safety legislative requirements
- Ensure food temperatures are taken and recorded
- Serve food and drink to customers
- Work front and back of house to include bar, restaurant and kitchen
- Provide housekeeping and laundry services to the cottage guests as required
