What you will do in your working day

Duties will include:

  • Ensure all food preparation is produced in line with the menu and to the standards required by the Head Chef
  • Ensure all foods are labelled, stored and handled in accordance with the College and Health and Safety / Food Safety legislative requirements
  • Ensure food temperatures are taken and recorded
  • Serve food and drink to customers
  • Work front and back of house to include bar, restaurant and kitchen
  • Provide housekeeping and laundry services to the cottage guests as required

Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship Standard Level 2.

Workplace delivery with structured scheme of work.
