What you will do in your working day

Your main training and duties will include:

  • Dealing with customers via emails and telephone
  • Inputting timesheets each week ready for payroll
  • Registering & Resourcing candidates
  • Writing adverts from job specifications given by the client
  • Attending site visits (with manager) to help understand the working environments
  • Updating spreadsheets / data input
  • Finding suitable candidates for our advertised vacancies on job boards such a CV library, Indeed etc
  • Arranging interviews with candidates via the telephone and email
  • Providing interview feedback to candidates
  • Inputting registration documents onto the system
  • Performing right to work checks
  • Discussing job vacancies with candidates
  • Formatting CVs to be sent to clients
  • Speaking with candidates and maybe clients and building rapport and relationships with them
  • General admin duties; shredding, scanning documents
  • Creating social media posts
  • Processing all paperwork

The training you will be getting

  • In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ 3 Business Admin qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures
  • Our training is all complete remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7
  • You receive 20% off the job training during this Apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours
