What you will do in your working day

  • Act as first point of contact for customer enquiries and orders and coordinate the sales of projects.
  • Monitor the relevant systems for notifications on orders or service requests.
  • Use Simpro software to input enquiries, monitor progress and follow through to completion.
  • Send customer quotes, raise sales and purchase orders and invoices.
  • Support with marketing and advertisement of the services the business has to offer.
