What you will do in your working day
- Act as first point of contact for customer enquiries and orders and coordinate the sales of projects.
- Monitor the relevant systems for notifications on orders or service requests.
- Use Simpro software to input enquiries, monitor progress and follow through to completion.
- Send customer quotes, raise sales and purchase orders and invoices.
- Support with marketing and advertisement of the services the business has to offer.
