What you will do in your working day

A normal day would include:

  • Working in the Casualty Claims Team
  • Dealing with customer or third party claims queries
  • Handling Internal/External requests in line with service level agreements
  • Administration tasks relating to claims activity
  • Utilisation of IT applications such as Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint, plus internal claims systems
