What you will do in your working day
- Prepare & follow up external customer quotations.
- Contact existing and potential customers with a view to expanding on current goods and services.
- Update CRM system.
- Assist Internal departments.
The training you will be getting
You will be working towards a Level 3 Customer Service qualification provided by the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group. Training will be delivered in the workplace.
