What you will do in your working day

  • Getting to know our system and inputting information onto the fatigue hours platform
  • Monitoring exceedances from the team’s submitted time sheets
  • Reporting on any exceedances by completing a risk assessment from a template
  • Gathering information from the planners and entering planned work onto a spreadsheet table and submitting to clients
  • Monitoring and discussing any issues with daily working plans
  • Gathering paperwork from the teams and scanning and filing
  • Responding to incoming calls
  • Updating and monitoring fleet information and letting manager know service miles approaching and MOT dates

The training you will be getting

  • An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence
  • You will be expected to work towards the Business Administrator Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group
  • Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed

Offer of permanent contract upon sucessful completion of apprentceship.
