What you will do in your working day

In this role you will be providing administration to the office and assisting with ISO support tasks. Some of the duties include:

Office Support

  • Data entry into various spreadsheets
  • Filing both paper and electronically
  • Archiving when needed
  • Scanning & electronic filing of documents/receipts
  • Booking goods inwards & updating spreadsheet/paperfile 
  • Support with expenses
  • Managing fleet vehicles (booking MOTs, road tax & repairs)
  • LinkedIn support creating posts & content
  • Raising purchase orders 

ISO Support

  • Calibrating devices by obtaining quotes, raising purchase orders and updating various spreadsheets
  • Approved suppliers - ensuring spreadsheet and supplier's information are up to date. Sending new suppliers applications & approving returned documents 
  • Customer feedback - sending out requests for customer feedback via  email & Google
  • Ensure company policies are up to date and displayed and signed/dated
  • Change internal templates to become easier to use
  • Monitor and measure - help maintain graphs & data
  • Support Office Manager with ongoing ISO accreditations

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administration at Redcar & Cleveland College
  • Functional skills maths & English, if required
