What you will do in your working day
In this role you will be providing administration to the office and assisting with ISO support tasks. Some of the duties include:
Office Support
- Data entry into various spreadsheets
- Filing both paper and electronically
- Archiving when needed
- Scanning & electronic filing of documents/receipts
- Booking goods inwards & updating spreadsheet/paperfile
- Support with expenses
- Managing fleet vehicles (booking MOTs, road tax & repairs)
- LinkedIn support creating posts & content
- Raising purchase orders
ISO Support
- Calibrating devices by obtaining quotes, raising purchase orders and updating various spreadsheets
- Approved suppliers - ensuring spreadsheet and supplier's information are up to date. Sending new suppliers applications & approving returned documents
- Customer feedback - sending out requests for customer feedback via email & Google
- Ensure company policies are up to date and displayed and signed/dated
- Change internal templates to become easier to use
- Monitor and measure - help maintain graphs & data
- Support Office Manager with ongoing ISO accreditations

- Level 3 Business Administration at Redcar & Cleveland College
- Functional skills maths & English, if required
