Find below the tasks and responsibilities you’ll undertake as an Apprentice at DSV.
 
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our supportive, vibrant, friendly team. This role is filled with varied and interesting administrative duties to contribute to the efficiency of DSV. Our excellent team engages and communicates with different people and professionals everyday.
 
Key Tasks

  • Working within a 4PL Control Tower this role involves good customer service and communication with team members in a professional manner.
  • Computer data entry / data allocation and collation, processing and recording information in accordance with GDPR procedures
  • Filing and retrieving paperwork
  • Offer general assistance to the team and project a positive and friendly image over written communications and in person
  • Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the office including the provision of administration support to staff and other members of the team
  • Handling customer and supplier escalations as and when required following processes and procedure by DSV
  • Adhering to Standing Operation Procedures whilst meeting DSV’s internal and external target KPIs

    Desired qualifications

    Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
    Functional skills maths and/or English if applicable
    The apprentice will do their training on site at DSV’s site in Bristol as this is a work based apprenticeship.

8:00am - 16:00pm
60 mins Lunch
35 hours per week

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard, which includes:

Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
End-Point Assessment (EPA)

This apprenticeship will be delivered in the workplace. You will have a dedicated assessor who will provide guidance and monitor progress throughout. You will have access to an online portfolio to allow you to monitor your progress and log work completed.
