What you will do in your working day
To work towards providing professional, efficient, and proactive administration support within the firm. Some of the duties include:
- Speaking with clients over the telephone and in person
- Take accurate and complete messages for those who may be unavailable
- Work closely with the team to gain experience
- Using case management systems
- Filing and organising
- Scanning and copying
- Updating and archiving files
- Opening files and arranging files for closure
- Maintain neatness and organisation
- Assisting Solicitors and staff members with conveyancing matters
- Arranging and scheduling appointments
- Diary management
- Assisting colleagues with any admin tasks
The training you will be getting
- Level 3 Business Administration at Stockton Riverside College
- Functional skills Maths and English, if required
- Delivery method of training to be confirmed
