What you will do in your working day

To work towards providing professional, efficient, and proactive administration support within the firm. Some of the duties include:

  • Speaking with clients over the telephone and in person
  • Take accurate and complete messages for those who may be unavailable
  • Work closely with the team to gain experience
  • Using case management systems
  • Filing and organising
  • Scanning and copying
  • Updating and archiving files
  • Opening files and arranging files for closure 
  • Maintain neatness and organisation 
  • Assisting Solicitors and staff members with conveyancing matters
  • Arranging and scheduling appointments
  • Diary management
  • Assisting colleagues with any admin tasks

  • Level 3 Business Administration at Stockton Riverside College
  • Functional skills Maths and English, if required
  • Delivery method of training to be confirmed
