What you will do in your working day

  • Interacting with candidates over the telephone
  • Selling a range of jobs to candidates and managing their entire process
  • Carefully working through sourcing lists and recording / analysing results
  • Utilising and updating the in-house CRM system in line with company process
  • Generating interest and pools of candidates within chosen sector with a mixture of sourcing techniques
  • Provide leads (TSI) and market rates to delivery team
  • Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of KPl's / results

The training you will be getting

Training delivered by Weir Training:

  • The candidate will complete an apprenticeship within the
    agreed subject for the vacancy. This may include a BTEC
    Diploma / Standard and End Point Assessment. It may also
    include Functional Skills in Maths and English.

Training delivered by Employer: 12 Week Onboarding Training - 40 modules provided in 121, classroom and on the job sessions to give the individual the tools to succeed as a recruiter.
