What you will do in your working day

  • Analyse and evaluate performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance measurement frameworks and KPIs.

The training you will be getting

  • Business Analysis Fundamentals: You will receive training on the fundamentals of business analysis, including techniques for gathering and analyzing data, interpreting results, and drawing actionable insights. This training will provide you with a solid foundation for your role in analysing and evaluating performance data.
  • Data Analysis Tools and Techniques: You will undergo training in various data analysis tools and techniques, with a focus on Microsoft Excel. You will learn how to use Excel to manipulate data, create visualisations, and generate reports to support business decision-making.
  • Performance Measurement and KPI Development: You will receive training on performance measurement frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs). This training will enable you to assist in the development and implementation of KPIs to monitor and improve business performance.
  • Business Process Optimisation: You will learn about business process optimisation methodologies and techniques. This training will help you contribute to the optimisation of business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: You will undergo training to enhance your communication and presentation skills. This will include techniques for effectively conveying complex information, preparing reports and presentations, and communicating insights to stakeholders.
