What you will do in your working day

You will work towards becoming key player in the successful delivery of our plant contracts through the management of people, finance, commercial, engineering and operations.  You will gain a sound understanding of all our different contracts within our portfolio so that you are able to work with a variety of customers and deliverables.   

You will:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our business areas e.g. our machines
  • Develop a commercial understanding of our contracts including how we make money and manage the performance of the fleet
  • Work with different team members to understand the importance of their roles
  • Work to problem-solve issues and challenges
  • Build confidence to share your ideas and challenge the norm
  • Learn about our policies and procedures so that you can manage processes

The training you will be getting

  • During your Apprenticeship you will be learning on the job and from the training provider to learn the more advanced skills of your technical specialism
  • You will support Lead Engineers, Supervisors and Team Leaders to deliver high value contracts for our customers and they will support you throughout your journey
  • Upon completion of your apprenticeship you will receive Chartered manager (degree) (level 6) qualification and gain professional membership to the professional organisation chosen during the scheme
