    You would be expected to work normal office hours but may have some evenings dependant on the clients needs. 08:30 until 17:00 with some hours outside of this.

What you will do in your working day

  • Participate in training sessions to understand financial products, investment strategies and industry regulations.
  • Assist our Financial Planners in conducting client assessments and analysing financial information.
  • Learn to develop personalised financial plans based on client goals, risk tolerance and financial circumstances.
  • Collaborate with team members to stay updated on industry-specific changes.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and outstanding service.
  • Work closely with experienced Financial Planners to gain insights into holistic financial planning, effective communication, and client retention.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, data entry and client file management.

The training you will be getting

The Apprenticeship is broken down into 5 main aims:

  • Level 4 Diploma - with monthly assessments and study time each week.
  • Off The Job Training - recorded and completed each week during the Apprenticeship. Training is supported by both the employer and training provider.
  • Ro exams which are included in the course. You will get support to pass these exams.
  • Functional Skills English & maths at Level 2 if you have not already achieved your GCSE at 4-9 (A-C)
  • End point Assessment - completed at the end of all of the learning aims  where you can gain a Pass, Merit or Distinction.

The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program, including mentorship from experienced Financial Planners, industry-specific courses, and on-the-job learning opportunities.  This will also offer excellent career development and the potential to develop even furthur to become Chartered in the future.
