What you will do in your working day
- To act as a point of contact for internal and external customers.
- To raise Purchase Request(s) on the Netsuite System
- To Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
- Book train tickets for the company
- Arrange hotels for staff
- Manage training accounts and assign training courses as per a matrix
- Data input for some HR matters
- Manage the office groceries orders such as milk, tea etc
- Credit checks on tenants via Experian
- Document audits for sales processes
- To undertake data management / electronic filing.
- To undertake general administrative tasks to support the team and customers.
- To undertake any other duties in order to achieve personal, team and organisational objectives following consultation with your manager.
The training you will be getting
- Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard qualification
All apprenticeship training will be delivered within the work place, your employer will give you 6 hours per week to complete any training/coursework. There is no college attendance required for this course.
