Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
- Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or inquiries
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
