What you will do in your working day

The role will be varied and challenging and will involve most aspects for HR/Admin support for the selection and interviewing of new applicants.  Tasks could include.

  • Creating and placing of new vacancy profiles
  • Conducting remote interviews
  • Holding onboarding meetings with new team members
  • Creating and sending out contracts/service level agreements
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as inputting meetings into diaries and responding to emails
  • Diary management

The training you will be getting

  • Full Business Administrator Standard - Level 3
  • On the job training to support role/development
  • Employer will allocate dedicated training time to support Off The Job training requirements
  • Functional Skills support - Maths/English - if required

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Further progression opportunities could be available upon successful completion of the Level 3 qualification. To be discussed at interview.
