What you will do in your working day

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be based within our friendly Call centre team and provide much needed support to the department, supporting day-to-day customer enquiries and projects if required.

  • Support with dealing with customer calls in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Maintaining and improving relationships with our customers
  • Updating internal systems with customer information
  • Completing jobs via our tracking system
  • Escalate customer issues when required

The training you will be getting

You will be enrolled onto the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification, delivered in the workplace and online.

Functional Skills Level 2 in maths and English if not excempt.
