What you will do in your working day

  • Support all processes within the employee lifecycle including fulfilling general HR Administration activities (including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance, talent development, employee engagement and training)
  • Provide support with management information, ensuring compliance with Company process, data protection requirements and best practice with regard to maintenance of HR systems and records
  • Heavily involved in outreach activities
  • Provide support with general employee relations
  • Assist with the implementation of BU level leadership development programs
  • Maintain HR dashboard/tracker on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Additional responsibilities as required
