What you will do in your working day

  • Providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing members in a customer-facing role.
  • Utilising administration and IT skills to handle various tasks, such as managing appointments and maintaining records.
  • Performing front-of-house duties, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Conducting toilet checks and ensuring cleanliness standards are maintained.
  • Hoovering the reception area at the end of each operating day/evening to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards.

Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours within Customer Services, working towards a Customer Service Practitioner level 2 apprenticeship standard
