What you will do in your working day

We are looking to recruit a Medical Administrator to join our friendly practice team who is able to work in a multi-tasking environment. They should also be able to demonstrate a good telephone manner, be able to cope in a busy and demanding environment, be computer literate and possess good keyboard skills.

  • Reception duties
  • Liaising with multidisciplinary team members
  • Patient searches
  • Workflow of post
  • Coding of letters
  • Summarising of patient records
  • Secretarial support

You will have on the job training within the organisation alongside:

  • Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship with embedded Clinical Coding
  • Training in the workplace
  • Functional Skills Maths and English, If required
