What you will do in your working day

You will drive and sustain growth by handling upselling, order processing, and customer inquiries. You'll manage inbound and outbound calls, collaborate on the sales inbox, and schedule customer meetings. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with company protocols, promote initiatives for continuous improvement, and foster teamwork. Plus, you'll actively contribute to meetings and monitor performance to ensure resource availability for service needs.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • To undertake company protocols to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.  This includes telephone, e-mail, face to face customer liaison, internal and external communications.
  • Promote and develop specific initiatives and areas to continually drive and improve the performance of the company.
  • Promote a teamwork approach to maximise promotions and where benefits to delivery can be achieved.
  • Attend and positively contribute to meetings as required.
  • Manage your performance through effective monitoring of targets, performance appraisals, development and training, induction and ensure that appropriate resources are in place to meet the needs of the service and accurately report information.

The training you will be getting

You will work towards a Level 4 (Higher) Sales Executive Apprenticeship standard. All training will be delivered within the workplace.
