What you will do in your working day

Key Responsibilities:

Training Content Development:

·       Develop training modules, manuals, and multimedia content to support client learning and onboarding processes

·       Adapt training content based on client feedback and evolving business requirements

Customer Support:

·       Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries troubleshooting issues, and providing timely and effective solutions

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer challenges

Tech-Savvy Approach:

·       Demonstrate a keen interest in technology trends and advancements

·       Independently explore and integrate new technologies, including AI and other innovative tools, to enhance business operations and customer support

Administrative Support:

·       Provide administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documentation for presentations
