What you will do in your working day

  • Management of the relations for a range of candidates of all levels
  • Be involved with the end to end recruitment process from sourcing candidates and process management, screening, selection, offer and on-boarding
  • Processing contractor documents
  • Chasing insurance renewals, ID etc
  • Registering contractors
  • Updating spread sheets
  • Managing the timesheets portal and chasing late time sheets.
  • Reaching out on a regular basis, via phone and email to both current and prospective candidates
  • Drive our customer service, making sure it is always fantastic.
  • Source new candidates through LinkedIn, advertising and a range of professional tools
  • Be a key part of keeping our current relationships strong and clients feeling valued
  • Help our candidates through every step of the recruitment process
  • Set up interviews and help candidates prepare for interviews Client engagement
  • Contacting and engaging with senior staff from our customers
  • Arranging interviews
  • Sending Cvs and other documents
  • Pro-active recruitment planning with recruiting line managers
  • Administration tasks
  • Management of job applications through job portals
  • Basic marketing of company fliers and advertising materials using Canva etc
  • Create and manage job advertisements
  • Format CVs and Word documents
  • Helping create marketing campaigns across social media and traditional platforms
  • Help manage and run networking events
  • Produce and run mailer campaigns.

  • Functional Skills Level 2 English and maths, if required.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • A full time position may be available for the right person.
  • Possible further training towards a recruitment specialist upon successful completion of apprenticeship and probationary period.

Things to consider

This is a very busy office with lots of calls an emails coming through. A high standard of customer service is required as the face/voice of Maintech recruitment. You will need some relevant knowledge and experience in a customer facing or Admin role-Wage will be dependent on experience.
