What you will do in your working day

  • Input new products onto website including images and text
  • Work alongside team to assist with leads and enquiries to further develop client list and database.
  • Growing the pipeline of new customer leads and ensuring follow-up meetings are booked
  • Maintaining and increasing our database, acting as the primary point of contact for all new enquiries and maintaining all customer contact details. 
  • Dealing with the public and /or customers by phone, email, or face to face.

The training you will be getting

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Online workshops, one day a month at EKC Group 
  • Maths and English Functional Skills Level 2 (if required)
