What you will do in your working day

  • Providing office support including customer and employee support
  • Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
  • Keeping computer databases up to date
  • Interacting with clients and associates either on the phone, in person or via email
  • Answering phones and connecting calls to the correct consultant/department
  • Taking phone messages and passing them on
  • Collecting and inputting company data
  • Taking ownership of queries to resolution

The training you will be getting

  • Training will blended with monthly 3 hours visits from your tutor, delivered remotely and face to face in the workplace
  • You will complete a Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard and Functional Skills in maths and English at level 2 if you have not already achieved these
