What you will do in your working day

The position involves working in a busy environment serving customers and recommending advice on their minor medical conditions, processing and putting up prescriptions, setting up tablets into weekly trays and general duties like filling up shelves, cleaning the shelves and cashing up at the end of the week.

The training you will be getting

The apprentice will be put through a Customer service practitioner apprenticeship, including Functional Skills in English and Maths if required. Delivery method to be confirmed.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Full time employment will be offered with the prospect of a wage increase.
