What you will do in your working day

To support the Airfield Systems Administration Officer, in particular:

  • Provide administrative support to Airfield Operations, RFFS and MT teams
  • Requisitioning and purchasing using the BAL purchasing system
    Taking notes and producing meeting minutes
  • Creating powerpoint presentations
  • Monitor and replenish stationary ensuring adequate stationary supplies at all times e.g. printer toner, pens etc
  • Compiling and typing unit documents/correspondence
  • Supporting administration

The training you will be getting

  • Training for the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard role will be provided by the employer and Smart Training and Recruitment
