What you will do in your working day

  • Collaborate with the team to optimise advertisement content for various roles in the education sector

Job Board Searches:

  • Proactively scour job boards for potential candidates in the education field
  • Utilise search filters to identify Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and other school faculty roles
  • Employ effective keywords and criteria to ensure a comprehensive candidate search

Candidate Registrations:

  • Lead candidate registration processes, conducting thorough interviews to understand their skills and preferences
  • Foster positive relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey
  • Collaborate with the team to match candidates effectively with suitable school positions

Compliance Process:

  • Play a vital role in the compliance process, ensuring all candidate documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Address and resolve candidate complaints, maintaining a high standard of candidate satisfaction
  • Work closely with compliance teams to uphold regulatory standards in the recruitment process

Admin Excellence:

  • Manage timesheets efficiently, ensuring accurate records and timely submissions
  • Support various administrative tasks to streamline recruitment operations
