What you will do in your working day

  • Take ownership from first contact to fulfilling the promise
  • Maintain a customer database to manage and process potential customers orders
  • Contact commercial clients in schools, offices and hospitals to see if they would find the MC products of interest’ as we do contact contractors, hotels etc
  • Using email through Outlook to support potential and existing clients
  • Using the Excel spreadsheet to log calls
  • Liaise with internal departments to process orders
  • Deal with external customers queries

The training you will be getting

  • You will be working towards a level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
  • Training will be one day a week 
  • Training centre is located at CDC Training, cricket inn road, manor lane, Sheffield, S2 1TR

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Opportunity to move into a full time posiiton upon completion of apprenticeship
