What you will do in your working day

At Heath Electrical we are proud of our story and how we have become what we are today. After being open for 8 years, we have hired 27 staff, trained 9 apprentices, and welcomed 5 babies into the family, it's a fantastic story! 
These may be one-off or routine contacts and include dealing with: 

  • Orders. 
  • Payments. 
  • Offering advice, guidance and support. 
  • Meet-and-greeting. 
  • Sales. 
  • Fixing problems. 
  • Aftercare. 
  • Service recovery. 
  • Gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction. 

You may be the first point of contact and work in different departments within the Heath Electrical Services Head Office. 

Your actions will influence the customer experience and their satisfaction with Heath Electrical Services organisation. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and behaviours and develop your product and/or service knowledge when speaking to or meeting customers. 

You will provide services in line with the organisation's customer service standards and strategy. 

Your customer interactions may cover a wide range of situations and can include; face-to-face, telephone, post, email, text, and social media.

The training you will be getting

You will be working towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioners apprenticeship.

You will be required to attend our Bletchley Campus and will receive face to face visits from your college workplace trainer. In addition, you will receive support from your mentor at Heath Electrical Services throughout the duration of your training and apprenticeship.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will be offered a full-time position with the option to develop your career with Heath Electrical Services.
