What you will do in your working day

As a customer service administrator, your job is to make sure customer interactions with the organisation are positive and leave them satisfied.

You will;-

  • Take customer phone calls,
  • Respond to their inquiries and complaints, and
  • Assist them with completing their order, all while remaining polite and professional.
  • Updating our internal systems and also the customers preferred portals

The training you will be getting

Portfolio of knowledge, skills and behaviours undertaken in the workplace. You will be undertaking the Business Administrator (Level 3) apprenticeship standard through T3 Training and Development.

Things to consider

The business is in the midst of moving address, and the role will be based at ;- Ascot Door Service Nordec House, Fallbank Industrial Estate, Dodworth, Barnsley S75 3LS. It is anticipated that this will be in around 5 months time.
