What you will do in your working day

  • Responsibilities include investigating customer’s problems and providing good quality, accurate and factual replies, escalating customer queries as required
  • Promoting clear communications between Garmin Europe and its customers
  • We are looking for a candidate who is flexible and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail

The training you will be getting

  • The qualification you will be working towards is the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship
  • The training will be a combination of work based at the Garmin Europe offices in Totton, as well as at Brockenhurst College, situated in the New Forest
